RETURNS

Although all item posted are described as detailed as possible by our team LUXEFECTLY, but if there are any doubts or questions regarding the item you want to purchase, buyers are responsible to email for enquiries. 

All sales are final and are strictly non-refundable. We don't accept any returns or exchanges.

In the case of a refund, shipping and returns costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will send you a prepaid label for you to use to return the item.
